ABOUT MYSELF
I am a certified, fully insured, self employed, mobile holistic therapist for all ages and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. Being Capetonian I have always had a passion, love and fascination for crystals and gems. I have always been interested in massage since a young age and as I have grown older I seem to have developed a side of me which, I always knew was there, but never really understood. I have come to understand this which I can now only describe as being an empath.The human body is made up of mind, body and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being, healing the body naturally. I therefore am a passionate healer with an alternative approach, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.I feel very honoured to work in this area and I am reminded constantly that our bodies are an amazing gift capable of supporting and healing us if we listen to it.
