75 mins - £50 - Reflexology and Crystal realign and chakra balance
Every crystal healing session is slightly different as I may use my pendulum if I feel this is necessary.
30 mins - £28

Indian head massage is carried out sitting in a chair and massage is of the shoulders, upper arms, neck, head and face. I will be using Sweet Almond oil massage medium.
Reiki Healing is something that I automatically do with every treatment however, if you request a specific area of Reiki within a treatment there will be an additional £5

90 mins - £55 - The Swedish Massage will be carried out on a beauty bed using Sweet Almond oil massage medium

Please kindly note that I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not give me 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, I WILL CHARGE YOU
For any appointment 15-25 mins is £10
For any appointments longer it is £20
If you do not give any warning and simply do not turn up for an appointment you will be liable to pay for the full treatment.
If you can’t make your appointment you can always email or text out of hours to cancel or rearrange. You do not have to wait until opening. This gives other people a chance to book in your slot.

I am delighted to bring to you my “Wellness in the workplace session” for you or your staff which is completely complimentary 👌
The interactive sessions focus on promoting positive mental health, with breathing techniques that help to relax the mind and help to reduce stress in the workplace.
They are designed to give those at work the opportunity to take some time out during the working day to recharge, and learn how to reduce stress before becoming overwhelmed in the workplace.
During the session we also use Templespa products that help to boost mental alertness, calm and de stress.
The new Wellness session fits around your working day and gives you a chance to have a moment of calm. Sessions are tailored to your requirements but usually last 30 minutes, for a group of up to 12 of your colleagues. Multiple sessions can be arranged.
